Project:

Turnkey implementation of marine outfall scheme for safe disposal of effluents from Phosphoric Acid Plant

Gulf of Khambat(Arabian Sea) - The second place in the world with 6-8 knot current speed and upto 10m tidal variations.

Scheme:

•      Auto pumping station at factory.

•      7 km long cross-country onshore pipeline from factory to landfall point.

•      3 km long submarine outfall pipeline with mutiport diffuser in sea.

•      Total 10 km long pipeline.

Salient Features :

•     Special lateral anchoring system to safeguard submarine pipeline from abnormal and hostile currents
      and tidal waves in the Gulf.

•     Special C.I vertebra armours for HDPE pipeline in tidal zone for protection from sabotage.

•     Underwater trenching and burial below scour level in sea to ensure permanent stability.
