 Butt-Fusion Welding Machine

 Hydroair has developed hydraulic motorised butt-fusion welding machines at the Development    
 Centre, Turbhe. These state-of-the-art machines provided assured quality welding of larger 
 diameter HDPE and PP pipes and fittings. The features are:

•      For welding pipes of dia 200mm-1000mm OD
•      Ensures uniform welding pressures throughout the pipe circumference
•      Motorised pipe facer and dependable heating plates
•      Caters to pipes of all pressure classes upto PN=16
•      Controls welding parameters as per established international standards
•      Quality weld which passes ultra-sonic and radiographic tests even on the top crest of
        the pipe
•      Technical specifications and performance at par with imported versions
•      Highly versatile for field applications
