WATER INTAKE SYSTEMS	Hydroair has executed water intake systems for intake of sea / fresh water.
Specially designed strainers ensure trouble free intake of water throughout the season.
Two major water intake systems executed by Hydroair are :
State-of-the-art water intake system with shore pumping facility for Bask Farms Pvt. Ltd., Sirkali, Tamilnadu: The first major intake system through shore pumping station and submarine HDPE pipelines in sea. Two parallel pipelines of 315 mm OD ensures trouble-free intake of sea water @ 27 MLD flow rate. The specially designed intake structures with stainless steel strainers provide for sand free water entry into the intake system. Fresh water intake system for Shahad Water Works of MIDC, Mumbai : Large diameter steel submarine pipelines with special strainers used for extension into deep waters in Ulhas river provides for 20 MGD intake of fresh water into the water treatment plant of MIDC.
